yellow chair

Redefining the intersection of therapy, recovery, and personal growth

yellow chair is more than a website — it’s a space.

A space where psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, trauma survivors, ex-substance abusers, researchers, writers, and curious minds can come together to contribute, collaborate, and converse. From journal-style personal narratives to rigorous academic articles, from recovery insights to expert opinion pieces — yellow chair is a curated tapestry of minds committed to understanding the human psyche in all its forms.

What sets yellow chair apart?

There is no other resource like this today — not in its structure, its spirit, or its depth. It’s not a blog. It’s not a therapy forum. It’s a living, breathing archive of discussions, ideas, and psychological insight — built by those who’ve studied it, lived it, or survived it.

If you’re a mental health professional, a former addict with a story to tell, a psychology academic, or simply someone who believes in the power of healing through shared knowledge — you’re invited to pull up a chair.

Welcome to yellow chair — where insight sits with experience, and healing begins with dialogue.

Built on authenticity and expertise, it bridges clinical insight with lived experience, fostering meaningful conversations on healing and transformation.
